About longisland.fish
Every Long Island angler knows the pre-trip ritual: check the tide app, check the weather app, pull up the buoy data, look up the regulations, watch a recent YouTube report. By the time you've pieced it all together, you've burned twenty minutes across five different tabs — and you still aren't sure if the wind is going to cooperate.
We built longisland.fish because we were tired of that routine. The data was always out there — NOAA, the National Weather Service, the National Data Buoy Center — it just wasn't in one place. So we built the dashboard we wished existed: real-time conditions, a 3-day forecast, tide info, water temps, and the latest fishing content, all in one view, optimized for the specific shores and waterways of Long Island.
Built by Long Island anglers, for Long Island anglers.
